Lost my temper last night. Probably all contributed from my accumulated lack of sleep. Realised that in such events, all my calmness/logic is gone and the post actions are simply "wrong" !.
Lucky i was still 1/2 awake and managed to did some damage control. had a good 6.5h sleep. Feels better now for me to think through what can I do to solve the problem.
It is difficult to admit a wrong, but it is worth the try.
